Payment Confirmation

  1. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  2. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be cancelled or changed within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

  1. It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
  2. It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
  3. If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, we can ship them in one day.

Shipping

  1. Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.
  2. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.
  3. Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Delays

  1. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
  2. Usually, it takes about 30-90 days for some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on the shipping policy.
  3. Please submit a ticket within six (6) months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
